A perfect landing page will be he one on which the URL is static the content yes is the most important and rather than good graphics which can make the page a bit heavy you can use useful content which is properly optimized using the keywords

To avoid such links will only be beneficial if you have a no follow on to the link if you don't have the nofollow attribute on to the links that means you are passing on the link juice to them some of the people ignore it so that they may be able to show that how popular the blog is but the irrelevant comments decrease the credibility of the page Thanks Tom Patrick Stellar Phoenix
