IE pushes footer content left
HI I have a weird shifting of the footer content to the left in IE (what a surprise), yet as per normal all other browsers show fine. For the life of me I can't figure out what's causing it. The site is at http://www.gasbottlesdirect.co.uk It's the reverse footer at the bottom which has copy in it on two lines in all browsers except IE when it turns over the word direct and doesn't line up on the right with the content box above. It's like there's an invisible box to the right of it. Any suggestions gratefully received. Thanks 3bs

Movie doesn't loop
Hi Yesterday you guys solved a major problem I had with this site and browser incompatibilities. Thanks again. Just one more problem I have. The movie on the home page runs for 29 seconds (the original length) but then stops. It is supposed to loop. Html code on page says to loop: 'loop', 'true', Loop is ticked in Flash in publishing settings (see attached). I'm assuming this may need something adding in flash rather than in the html? Any ideas. Thanks

Apple Website Design and CMS
A good way to see how a page you like is created is by using something like Web Assist's Site Import (Dreamweaver extension). This little programme imports the page, however it was created, along with the associated CSS, images, etc. You end up with the html, php etc files as if you created it yourself. You can then pull it apart to see how it was done. Use Photoshop or Fireworks to view the images. It's a very good way to learn.

Shows OK in Mac browsers, not in PC browsers
Hey, you guys are unbeliveable! Who'd have thought that just changing it to opaque would make such a difference. Works great on all platforms now. Any idea why it showed OK on Mac but not on PC though. Thanks again - I knew there was some quality help out there. 3bs

Shows OK in Mac browsers, not in PC browsers
Hi, please can someone help while I still have some hair left. I've created a website which has a flash movie in the background with html navigation over the top of it - only on the home page. When viewing on a Mac using Safari 5.02, Firefox 3.6.10, and Chrome 6.04 it works perfectly. When viewing on a PC using Safari 5.02, Firefox 3.6.10, Chrome 6.04 and IE8 the movie runs but no navigation is shown. Anybody have any ideas or suggestions? You can view for yourself here: http://www.strangefruit.co.uk/simply_think The flash movie uses wmode: transparent and the z:index of the flashcontainer is 100, with the innercontainer holding the nav: 1000. Appreciate your time. Thanks
