    Hey eveyone, Firstly thanks for taking the time to read my questions. I'm Neil, I'm brand new to wed design and have a question regards to which software I should use to get my website off the ground. I've already registered a portal name using www.uk2.net and I'm after finding out which software I can get to grips with easily, fairly cost effectively and most of all which facilitates my needs. I need my website to be able to accept text and image uploads from other users, and once uploaded I require that upload to be firstly quailty controlled by me then published to the site for viewing by all. I'd like the website to have drop down menus and such also... Any suggestions are really EXTREMELY welcome!! Thanks again. Neil.
