Is there any lightweight alternative of wordpress? I need to build 3-4 pages static website but i want to save from the server load so i want to install some lightweight cms platform. If it has drag and drop functionality for building pages will be great.

Thanks for the info, but if i want to create a hyperlink pointing to other sites not mine, how to do that? I can't edit other people site pages to create anchor link. Or maybe i didn't understand right. For example, how to create a hyperlink pointing to the area of the third post on this page?

Is it possible to edit blogger tеmplate without knowledge of .xml coding? I want to learn how to move text, images and boarders. I tried with dreamweaver, copied the page source from my blog and edited it as .html file in design mode in dreamweaver. After that converted into .xml file but it doesn't work, can't upload the file to blogger.

Is there any HTML tags i can use to force google bots to follow my hyperlinks? My first page of my site is indexed and optimized but seems that google bots not follow hyperlinks on it. Is there any way to force them follow them?

I started backlink building of my site 5 days ago and today my site is on rank 65 on google search results for the two keywords that I do optimization. It is a highly targeted niche. When google can penalize my site? When I start to build too many backlinks or when I start to build them to fast? Do I need to stop for some days and after that to start building again? And is it worth to put backlinks on sites that is not relevant to mine?
