  1. Hi there, Just quick hello from Manchester. Run a webhosting company and have over 5 years experience with cpanel (linux) & plesk (winddows & Linux) hosting if anyone needs any help / advice. Also openvz and dedicated servers, firewalls, etc I do all our websites also to the best I can lol! Am looking to further ny seo knowledge from this site and have learnt loads already! Also have an ink cartridge site and printing also. Thanks Rick
  2. Yes we have the same issues with LCN we have around 40 domain names with them. When it was Telivo we could change glue records and the changes would be made by the system. Now it looks like you input them and they get submitted manually and you have to wait and it just says 'Setting up' and stays like that. In the end we have to call up (3 times after our submitted ticket remained un-responded) to get anything done. One of our customers required another nameserver so we created one and it took over 2 weeks for them to do it and in turn made us look incompetent. The nameserver is setup now but when I login it still say's 'Setting up' nice! I asked them about the functionality of the website and they said that was something that was on its way but was not sure when. Surley if they have took over LCN then they have the work already done for this function? Anyway we are no longer registering domain names with them and I would not recommending doing so until the above function is implemented! Rant over! Rick
