    There is a gallery plugin that come defult with word press or you could install new plugins. These look like good plugins; http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/page-flip-image-gallery/ or http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/mudslideshow/ just download the files then in word press goto plugins and at top right there should be a button saying "install plugins" hope this helps
