sorry if i'm posting in the wrong place. I have had problems with clients about the contents of their website. In the middle of the project, sometimes they expect me to provide some write-ups on the contents of their website. English is a second language in my country, and sometimes clients would suddenly ask me to write something up. Do you straight away suggest to them a copywriter, or you would charge extra for the write-ups before any contracts are made? It sometimes create a problem (more of a hassle) when i had to do some research on their business area and spend time on the write-ups instead of them. Any ideas on how to tackle this problem?
