    Hi, I want to make a website so that I can upload videos onto, and others can download these video. I am wondering what kind of CMS should I use for this type of website? (it is actually more difficult than just what I said here) BTW, this is my first website, I have no knowledge of codes or programming. Last time i tried using Joomla, it was way too difficult to install Are there any CMS that can be easily installed using an .exe file? I feel gullible that on the Joomla website, it says if you can use word, then u can use Joomla. May be I am just technically dumb Please and thankyou, I need your replies!
