Looks great. My main critiques are the same as terydinho above.

I feel that there is way too much information to be taken in on the homepage. Rather than trying to explain everything on the homepage, I'd suggest limiting yourself to much short snippets of information that consist a heading and a couple of main points, then have the bulk of the information on its own separate page. Also, the block of text that starts with "Grab attention . . . " really bothers me. I think it is because of tag-cloud logo design above it. The two together are a little too much. Besides those things, I like the layout and color scheme.
