    If you are still on the lookout for a hotel booking system you might want to take a look at iBex. It's a very sophisticated, browser based front desk / property management solution with integrated online booking that lives in an iframe on the client site. It supports multi property accounts and would allow commission to be taken in a variety of scenarios.
