    Yes you can add as many as you want in the one .htaccess file, just list all the pages you want to redirect..
     
    Redirect 301 /file1.html http://www.yoursite.com/file1
    Redirect 301 /file2.html http://www.yoursite.com/file2
    Redirect 301 /file3.html http://www.yoursite.com/file3
     
    ...and so on.
     
    You can also route several old page to one "new" page, eg
     
    Redirect 301 /fileA.html http://www.yoursite.com/file99
    Redirect 301 /fileB.html http://www.yoursite.com/file99
    Redirect 301 /fileC.html http://www.yoursite.com/file99
     
    Also if Drupal hasn't got a built in mechanism for dealing with dead pages you can also add a path for your 404 (not found) page...
     
    ErrorDocument 404 /my404page
