Hi I had an idea about shopping baskets and would like your thoughts. Basically I want a way where customers can save their items in the basket and retrieve them later, but retrieve them from any computer. We find it common that a lot of our customers will look at our site during work hours (most likely on their work computers). Then when they get home they place an order. So I had an idea, what if I had an option in the shopping basket that allows the customer to enter their email address and then the system sends the customer an email with a special URL that has stored their products. So when they go home they open their email, click on the URL and hey presto their items are in the shopping cart and they can quickly and easily place their order, plus it will help them remember our company name as im sure some customers put stuff in the basket and forget our website / company. Does this sound like a good idea, and any thoughts or concerns?

site looks very nice, few things. 1) I like the option to change website colours but don't see the need? 2) The header is nice but you could put more info on it, looks a bit empty 3) The Teen Design logo is a bit hard to read on the blue background however still a very impressive site, well done

Hi Nick, i take your point about the background colour, personally i think it looks too gloomy. i am thinking of changing this to possibly a darker Grey and then making the font color white. any thoughts?

thanks for the reply limeash and thanks for your comments. its good to see that the navigation was easy to use, i have also changed the heading of the "showrooms" section to "Showrooms / Contact" so this should make it easier for customers. again thank you for your comments.
