  2. How can I edit Drupal sites?

    I have been researching how to create a membership website, and most fingers have been pointing towards drupal (please tell me if you know a better way!). Now my question is, how can i make a nice looking website using drupal. All that I have figured out how to do is editing the content from the drupal dashboard, but I don't know how to change the actual layout of the page. I can figure out the html and CSS of it, but I don't even know where to go to edit this part of the website. any help? Thanks Luke
