July 11, 200818 yr hi every, im neil, 25, head chef /kitchen manager from sheffield in the UK. Ive been messing with websites since i was about 15, nothing profesional, just for fun. Im making a website for my mate, as a suprise. He's really into his music and i wanted something where he could post his latest songs, videos, pictures, gig info etc. Here it is :- www.phil-knight.co.uk/1 I am having some trouble with the java on the pictures page, the pic in the middle wont center between the two thumbnails and the whole this is on the right hand side of the page, could anyone help me? and if you have any other cool scripts or ideas for the website, let me know, ill deffo use them! July 11, 200818 yr Hi Broody welcome to the forum couldnt get what you meant but did notive the background image - a little inventive css will help stretch the whole of the backdrop image tio scale to page which might make a nice addition to the site
July 11, 200818 yr Author Hi Broody welcome to the forum couldnt get what you meant but did notive the background image - a little inventive css will help stretch the whole of the backdrop image tio scale to page which might make a nice addition to the site thats perfect, exactly what i need! any chance you could give me some tips on how to do that? the problem im having with the other thing is... http://www.phil-knight.co.uk/1/pictures.htm on that page, if you load it, the whole java gallery should be centred on the page, with one thumbnails to view either side (after u've clicked on the 2nd pic on the right), but the whole thing is set to the right of the page, and also, the large picture that pops up, should be inbetween the two thumbnails, but its not.
