hello this looks like a great forum and i would love to take part in it. my name is carter and i am learning web design a little by little, my main job is marketing, i have a new website that i want to submit to the review forum, does anyone know why its not possible for me to start a new topic there?

I think to start a topic you need a certain post count, think it's to avoid spam but the cap might just generate a tonne of spam posts :s
