Questions about the capabilities of Joomla! or Drupal.

 

- Can the CMS help me finding and recording automatically the IP address and / or the Mac address of a new user (during his registration)?

 

- And then compare it with the IP or MAC address of somebody that reviews his posts, so to be check if it's himself reviewing enthusiastically his own posts or articles?

The ip address is visible from the apache server directly and therefore can be stored in a database, but a MAC address is not visible to all from apache, it is necessary to use other technology to detect them but it seems difficult or even impossible.
