March 21, 20179 yr Hi. I have been spending several hours trying to fix this, but can't get it done. I have a button on my website at the top that when clicked it scrolls down to the about me section which works. The problem is I can't seem to position it whilst maintaining responsiveness and keeping the same dimensions as the social icons above it. I am using Firefox's Inspect Element to find the same, the social icons are 50.4 x 58. I want the icons to be 42px, but also responsive. The HTML code for the button is on line 78 on my index.html: https://daniel-chaplin.co.uk/index.html <a class="downpage smoothscroll" href="#about"><i class="icon-down-circled"></i></a> The CSS code for the button is on line 268 on my style.css: https://daniel-chaplin.co.uk/CDN/css/style.css .downpage i{text-shadow:0px 1px 2px rgba(0, 0, 0, .;font-size:42px;} I would like it so the icon is 30px above the bottom of the page (header) If anyone can help, please do let me know. I did have the button working but changed icons to Fontello and since then have had issues. Many thanks for anyone's help. Update 1 Just an update. I have somewhat fixed it, I believe, but it's a few pixels to the left if anyone can help with that? I also seem to have an orange circle which goes over the icon which I don't want if anyone can tell me where it's coming from so I can remove it. I am still trying in the mean time so you may seem changes or even a break on the site. Update 2 It seems I have fixed it, but the website used to be the following. The header image used to be the full window so when you scroll down it goes straight to the about me, there seems to be some scrolling with the header image before you get to the about me and the icon going down is far down, if anyone can see what's making it do this.
