Hi,

 

I just finished my first Ruby on Rails website. I'd love to get a bit of feedback about the design, layout and functionality. It's at www.mobifunzone.com. It's a site that sells mobile wallpapers, screensavers and ringtones. It's not entrirely finished yet and some bits that need tidying that I'm alread aware of but would love to get some feedback. I've seen some other sites on here that look great so you obviously all know what you're talking about

I thought they might appeal to someone. We do much of the mobile downloads for most of the football clubs in the UK and this is our generic site offering all of the football clubs plus lots more. We just put spurs up first as they've been a great club to work with in a business sense. It's been a good test for me as a developer as its my first tiime trying out ruby on rails.

 

I definitely need to do some reviewing of the colours and we're just trying to decide on the best way to make it obvious what the site is for on first glance without making the site to cluttered. Thanks for your feedback.

We really want to make this site a success as there are many ringtone, screensaver mobile type companies out there but they tend to be quite unscrupulous and have many subscription services that prey on inertial selling. We want to make a mobile download site that is fun, easy to navigate and has good quality content that doesn't rip people off. Hope we can pull it off. Talking of which I must integrate all the pricing info.
