1. The overall colour scheme and contrast looks ok except for the grey footer.

Typography looks a bit to small

Rounded corners can be done with CSS border-radius no need to use background images for that.

An affiliate banner in the header? NO! That will just make you look greedy and your brand will loose credibility.

The text inputs in the form at the bottom of the page should be aligned

Finally try to create a fluid layout instead of using fixed widths. You can find many tips on how to do that on this forum if you search for the word "responsive"

Unfortunately the language on the site is something i don't know as i thought it would be in english while if i take that out then also the site looks too much messy instead of clear.
