I hope I am in the right forum to ask about help for this subject. I am building a website and some of the pages have a lot of text. To save scrolling a long way up the page for the menu I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to set up a floating menu bar. Taking into account I am totally new to this it would be great if someone could explain in very simple way how this can be done.
