Configure Website Email Address for Apple Mail.app?

Featured Replies

This may sound like a silly question. It may even be in the wrong forum.

But my problem is this:

I have always had a personal email address such as : myname@myurl.co.uk

I have usually had these email forwarded onto a commercial account that I regularly check, so I dont have to keep checking 3 or 4 different accounts.

Now im wondering how hard it is to configure one of these email addresses to work with Mail.app on a Macbook Pro (Dont suppose that makes a difference) running Leopard.

I think CPanel do an automated file, that gathers all the data, and you just double click to configure, but since Leopard, this isnt much use, as I cant send emails, only recieve.

Anyone who has successfully done this, I would be very interested in speaking to you, whether it be on the forum, email, MSN or iChat.

Thanks for reading :)

it is very easy and bit similar to configuring emails onm microsoft outlook 2003........I too use mac and have been using my emails myname@myurl.com////
