finding the date that pages are re-published

Sorry, not sure exactly where to post this question so hopefully some of the more technical here will know the answer whilst chatting over their coffee :D

 

I am wondering if there is a way of finding out when a page on someone else's website was re-published?

 

I have a bit of a dispute with someone and it looks as though they have added information since I began talks with them but I need to know for sure.

 

Thanks for any advice.
