Joomla dynamic Header in vBulletin?

Hi,

I am a vbulletin & Joomla user and I have been searching the web on how to get a joomla header into my vbulletin forum.

Now I found this on the vB.org forums, where you need to have both:

allow_url_fopen = True

allow_url_include = True

on the php.ini file

which apparently works, the problem for me with this is that my Host doesn't allow this on the php.ini file on shared hosting, for security reasons, so does anyone know of a way I get my joomla header to work on my vBulletin powered forum ?
