This PrestaShop Checkout Fields Module is used to create unlimited fields on the checkout page of e-store. When customers checkout on the e-store, they have to fill that fields as well, thus allowing the e-merchant to know more information about their customers. The fields that can be inserted through this Custom Fields attributes module are: text field, text area, dates, yes/no,multi-select, drop-down, checkbox, radio button etc.
