2nd dropdown that changes options depending on 1st dropdown?

Can any please point me in the right direction - I'm looking for a demo/snippet/etc. for multiple <select> dropdowns in which one dropdown is disabled until a certain option has been chosen from the previous. Also the options in the 2nd dropdown will be different depending on what was selected in the 1st dropdown. I hope this makes sense?!

 

If anyone knows please of any script/demo/etc. that does this which I can use, that'd be great.
