Janine Warner did a previous one that I saw, and I think she's a good presenter. What I do tend to find is that I pick up the odd useful tip but I'm never quite sure whether it's worth the hours of being glued to the computer. (With the exception of Zack Arias on studio lighting, which is always worth watching - but probably not of interest to most of you). eta: This really is for beginners, of course.
