Hello folks,

 

I need some help and was wondering if people could offer their input.

 

I'm inexperienced with web design and know only basic HTML and CSS.

 

I want to make a website that's a directory for books that people can rate and give it a rating out of 10 which is then averaged out.

 

The homepage i want it to have the latest books people have rated etc.

 

What are my options on setting something Like this up? I have bought a domain and web hosting and unsure whether WordPress would be sufficient for this?

 

What are my options? Amy advice would be helpful!
