September 18, 201313 yr Hey all! Just wondering what I'm doing wrong here (it's probably everything, my javascript knowledge isn't that great). I'm trying to have it so that if one variable = x and another variable = y, then a third variables value will be changed to k. This is what I have right now: var abc = parseFloat($("#abctextinput").val()); var xyz = parseFloat($("#xyztextinput").val()); var qrs = 0; ... ... ... if (abc == 123 && xyz == 789) { qrs = 456 } The variable qrs would then be used later on in the script.
