Well, I'm not a really good designer but at my view I think its a great site, it's attractive, convincent, and one thing I appreciate in all sites, it's very dynamic I like this kind of sites, I would just modify the contact forms, I Don't know if it's the color or the measure but it doesn't convince me, but good work!

I'm not a big fan of those type of designs (too much in your face).

Anyways, few suggestions:

 

1) I would change the About Me content - 2 years experience, "About one year later I recived my first serious order - a website for a real company" - from a client perspective it doesn't convince me (also a spelling mistake received, not recived ).

2) Technologies panel takes more space than about me or portfolio ... I don't think that a potential client would be interested what technology you use, not to the point that it needs to take so much space (and be above portfolio).

3) Portfolio - I would suggest creating some templates in Photoshop (or whatever software you use) and display them in your portfolio. Not necessary as HTML pages, just simple image. Showing your skills a bit more.
