Need info on Loopmasters style website

Hi guys I need some info on how to accomplish a website like loopmasters.com

 

I have other built sites on the opencart platform, I can build the digital goods downloads ect but I cant seem to find a any info on allowing partners to upload there files for sale and for them to have there own mini page with their digital goods uploaded.

 

Do you guys know how I can accomplish this?

If it is any help the system is running on Ruby on Rails (according to BuiltWith extension in Chrome)

 

I haven't had any experience with ROR but I am sure there are people out there that have.

 

If it is like most other CMS/frameworks there will be a way to allow users to upload certain files

I am good at opencart , do you know if they have this feature on opencart?

 

That;s the part that stumbles me, allowing partners to login and upload their products and make them available for purchase.
