Anyone have an idea what font this is please

It's incredibly hard to identify a font unless it's a mainstream font or you consult a veteran designer. I ran that image through http://www.myfonts.com/WhatTheFont/ and it didn't correctly identify it. Sorry.

Not sure on the exact font but you could have a look at some of these: Brush Script Std, Adage Script, or a safer (free) bet would be Lobster. Regardless of what you go for (if any of these are any help), you'd have to play around with the 'Z' to emulate that look.
