I have a question about the sharing buttons like FB,twitter,google + etc...

 

in this website http://forum.fiverr.com/ on the right there are buttons for facebook and twitter and others so my question is : are they powered by addthis or sharethis and like this sites or they are by coding and scrips? and if they are powered by a site please let me know which site
