First glance: Very professional! Looks great! (Although, you could make the contact form look more like the rest of your website.)

 

But there are problems with navigation. It feels like an old house that has gone through many renovations, so as you walk around you become disoriented and wonder "wait, am I in the same house, or have I wandered into the neighbour's home? How did I get here? How do I get back?"

I think you should sit down and work on two big things: company branding, and site structure. Take some time with it, because a strong foundation will make all your projects stronger. Right now, even though you link to your various websites, they each stand alone, and their purposes and relation to each other isn't clear. The overall impression is messy.

 

Some concrete examples:

 

Some of the links in the top nav bar are internal and some are external. You might want to distinguish these by taking all the external links and putting them in a separate navigation area somewhere, with the heading "Our Other Sites" or "Related Websites" or something like that.

 

Future Furniture and Future Properties are sister companies, right? You might consider putting them in the same website. Or you could keep them as separate websites, but style them so they look exactly the same (same layout, same stylesheet, etc), so their relationship is immediately recognizable.

 

Navigation under "Blog" is very confusing:

• Three of the four links are not blogs, so they shouldn't be listed under "Blog"
• The link leading to your Facebook page says "Future Properties." So far as we know, we're already on the Future Properties website, so what does this mean? We have to click to find out it's a link to Facebook. The linking text should say "Facebook."
• Same with the link to your discussion board: "Property Investment" isn't descriptive enough; it should say "Property Investment Forum" or "Discussion Board" or something like that.
• New Generation -- The text says "New Generation" but the blog is called "Changing Mind Changing Heart." This is confusing and makes the user wonder if there's been a mistake. It's also unclear what this has to do with Future Properties. If this is a personal blog, I think it belongs on your Google Plus profile or something -- it shouldn't go alongside company/professional resources.
• Let's Talk Idea -- Again, it would be good if the linking text used the same title as the blog itself ("Properties Idea"). The navigation of this site is also confusing because the content is divided so much. I wonder if this site would work better as a Pinterest board? Or what about incorporating this content into the Future Properties blog, once you get that going?
