Google has put a hold on content duplication and spamming. most of the site related to google were not accepting duplicate content. We have to be innovative and creative and that is going to be useful in coming days. As next Google update is Few weeks away from now...!

Take the time to ensure descriptions about a website or business are genuine, concise and that they read well. I'd say you only need to change them then if a service or detail about your website or business changes e.g. you introduce a new service.

Content used in offpage SEO activities should be quality content. It may be copied but it should not be spamming Content.

You can replace keywords, their synonyms. you can change sentence structure and frequently changed data is really good to get segnificent results.
