April 19, 201313 yr It's tempting, must admit. I'm not sure I like the fact that you need to stream, or manually manage local music. I understand why the limitation is there, but I'd rather just spend the extra 30 seconds connecting my phone to my Mac and updating the music files! It's an indisputably good service, however, for free!

April 21, 201313 yr I suppose I'm going to lose any cred that I may have even had in the first place and say that I never heard of Google Play Since I read the post, it's been popping up quite a bit and I recently read a magazine article about it. I'll be naiive in this post as I haven't looked at it yet. The prime time for me listening to music is in the car via my iPhone (loud) but I generally play music through iTunes or Quicktime via my Drobo archives. I've been quiet on music recently and only bought about a dozen or so albums in the last year. I tried Last.fm recently - which was good - but didn't want to pay the subscription. I'll have a look into Google Play so I can make a better judgement
