Need help re-sizing business card

I need a business card re-sizing and made ready for print. Artwork should measure 92 x 60mm (Both files) & Text should be kept 6mm from the edges (Both files).

All I need is it done to the correct measurement, but I need everything else to stay the same i.e. Colours, Font, Writing, Alignment etc. And I need the .ai and .esp to be no lower than 300dpi.

I need this done very urgently. I am prepared to pay a small fee for someone to help me.

Can anyone help me?
