Ok I plan on building a website which provides guitar lessons eg. (how to play let it be by the beatles) would I be within my legal rights to do this?

 

I plan to upload the videos to youtube or rver and then embed them onto the site.

As long as the videos are 100% your own i don't see any problem. If you are making people pay to see the videos i wouldent recommend embedding off youtube, just because it woulden't work, people would search it and get the video for free, the qaulity also wouldent be very good concidering you would have to pay.

You'll be proving a tutorial, created by you (which makes it original) so it's okay
