Morning All.

 

In the process of redesigning my company's website as the current one is an absolute nightmare to manage and has been badly coded. Everytime we try and change an element of the design it screws to other elements up so we've taken the decision to go ahead with a complete revamp.

 

I've attached my work so far as a JPG. The header of the site is bothering me but I can't quite put my finger on what's bothering me precisely. I think its a bit bland but can't think of what to put there to liven it up a bit.

 

For comparision our current site is www.documentstorage.co.uk

 

Would appeciate any suggestions of comments you can offer.

In my opinion, site has clear menu and text is easy to read. Of course, you can always look for improvements, but I don't see any harsh mistakes here.

I like it but I can't help thinking that the social media options are just too much and take away valuable white space from your header. Would they be more suitable at the bottom of the page?

I agree with you on that one ... that what happens when you try to make your SEO company happy. I much prefer them on the footer and think I will move them there where they belong.
