I'm making a website in which i need to be able to let people come onto my site and create their own account.

one very similar to facebook where they can upload photos videos comments chat online etc and also on this

website i want to include some programming adding a software which is like a type of calculator i've made

but have it up and running on the site on everyones account.

Specific questions would help, you've basically asked "how do I make a website". Look into free CMS (content management systems) like Drupal, Joomla!, Wordpress and so on, they give you a good basic framework to start from, but from the sounds of it it may all be a bit beyond you at the moment. Step 1: learn HTML and CSS.
