accordion variable panel heights

I would like to use variable heights for an accordion but when you click on another panel the height seems to be taller than necessary. Is there some extra code I should add to get the panels to be the exact height of the content other than 'useFixedPanelHeights: false'?

it doesn't display correctly in firefox and chrome.

 

Any advice would be welcome.
