I'm having 2 issues on this page:

Firstly, the contact link on the top right isn't acting as a link when I scroll over only down near the bottom of the rectangle area.

 

Second, why can I not get my social media links to move up? I can't figure out what's blocking them, I only want to have around 10px space underneath the logo on the left but I can't get them to move up!!

whats the use of this code?remove it and try to move the social icons up

 

and contact link is working i checked with opera
