what do you mean by complex? got an example link?

Have you currently got a hosting plan somewhere? Many hosting companies offer a website builder as part of the package.

I was with UK1 a few months ago, I know that had a site builder, but at the time was building a php website. Not sure if it would be capable of making a site like the ex sample I provided

Hi, if you are good with html/css you you can try create site using my framework.

I created example using html code from "mobile website builder" from previous post (only for test purpose, will be removed).

cms:

http://www.mobilearea.info/start?userid=objuser

pass: objuser

result page:

http://bookingcentar.com/obj-demo/real2

When you login as admin you can create database structure and web pages.

You need to create object and properties for that object.
For example "News" is object
properties may be date, title, description, user, image, category...

When you define object and properties (and press refresh in main menu),
you will have cms and web-service ready for that object in main menu,
all you need is to put "$Objectname.Propertyname" in your html code

I setup demo admin page on my test server where you can create object, insert html code and see results
http://www.mobilearea.info/start?userid=objdemo
pass: objdemo

Preview:
http://bookingcentar.com/obj-demo/test
(change "test" to any name defined in "web pages" from admin)

I am not very good in explaining things I guess... :(
