Wow I really like the concept!

Few things:

-I like the dictionary thing in the top but it's to small to read

-In the say hello section; maybe better not to use all caps, just for readability

Big PROBLEM: can't scroll.. missing out on parts of the content

oops, really got to go now :p I'll take a look later

Fix that bug! ;)

I woulda left before I saw it because it took >5 seconds to load.

But since I stuck around...

I like the fonts

I don't like that I have to scroll in those boxes. Why did you choose to setup the site like this in general?

That's a good question:

I wanted the site to be "not" the norm. I do vertical scrolling websites all day long and a developer site (IMO) needs to show that they can do designs that are not the norm. Hence the scroller design.

The load speed is a concern. It has six background 1600x1050 images that are way compressed but still take up just under 500kb.

Comments from annemarie. I don't understand your comments. You say you can't see the store directory BUT you are missing out on content. What resolution are you using. The site is optimised for 1280x1024 and above. That accounts for 95% of the browsers out there. You must be on a high zoom.

Thanks for the comments.

17.3" laptop 1600x900

minus adresbar etc on top, minus 'recent downloads' bar at bottom= not seeing scroll down arrow on your site...
