March 10, 201214 yr So just getting started with basics of PHP with php includes in my files and looking for local PHP server. After quick google search, there seems to be several what's the best/easiest to install?
March 10, 201214 yr the easiest by far is the new in-built one to php 5.4 http://php.net/manual/en/features.commandline.webserver.php or these is xamp by apache friends http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-windows.html.... if your on linux just use the package manager for the distro.
