I have a client who wants to display 6 videos on one page of his website.

 

I haven't got a lot of experience with videos on sites, so not sure of the correct recommendations for this, but initially 6 videos seems quite a lot. Is this likely to slow the page down a great deal?

He doesn't want them hosted elsewhere like YouTube, so I'm not sure what else to suggest.

 

I was going to to create the playback etc by converting them to .swf as this is the only way I know of.

 

Does anyone have any experience with videos? Or have any recommendations for me?
