Hey everyone, I'm just wondering if this issue is just occurring for me, I'm developing a responsive website, with a fixed header and footer, which will ultimately move with the page when scrolling. Yet on the Android, I scroll down and the header/footer breaks away from the top/bottom of the device.

 

Say I scroll down the page, the footer detaches from the bottom, then reattaches itself when the user has stopped scrolling. Is this a bug? Or just how the Android reacts to these fixed position elements?
