greetings all. i am not sure if i am posting in the right area but i don't think that what i am doing is server side. i know html but have taken over maintaining a forum and am having problems with the bbcode doing what i want. is there a good editor and book out there for the bbcode. preferably a editor that allows for both source code alterations as well as a gui browser so i can check stuff before posting it on the web. thanks in advance.

BBCode's a very simple form of markup for inline content. You don't need a book, this Wikipedia page manages to cover it all.

i have looked at all i can find on the web and it is not allowing me to do what i want. that is why i wanted a book so it is more easily researched instead of jumping internet page to page and wanting to scream ::laughing::
