April 23, 200818 yr Hi everyone, Im not sure if anyone is currently doing this or can offer any guidance but I would quite like to upload some of our AV work that we have done for clients to our portfolio. But the problem im having is that a few example ones actually have real music tracks in them and I was just wondering if I would need to get an internet broadcast licence from MPCS - PRS to be able to upload the ones with existing music in them.

April 23, 200818 yr Author I have contacted prc so should hopefully receive a reply soon - its only 120 for a licence. I could even start an internet radio station...
April 23, 200818 yr for example in television if say eastenders has a track playing in the bg in the vic it needs clearing, if a film is on the tv in a corner of the picture it needs clearing. That would explain why it's always BBC programmes then!
