I want to calculate num of days b/w two dates, i have written script for doing this task like:

 

$numOFdays = ceil(abs($startDate - $endDate) / 86400) (i.e)

$numOFdays = ceil(abs(13-12-2011 - 22-12-2011) / 86400)

 

it gives me 9 days.

 

But it should be 10 days

 

So how do i write code, so that it calculates each single days and gives me 10 instead of 9

add one to your start date or subtract one from your end date

Agree with zed - it is basic maths, 22 minus 13 equals 9, not 10
