November 18, 201114 yr Hi everyone, I am designing my eBay shop and have most of it done. Click here to view my shop However, when I click on a category or search keywords, it went back to the original plain design so I decided to change the header and left navigation pane to my own design. This made it look a bit better but it still dosen't have the right link and for some reason the ebay search box dosen't work except on my original design. Is there anything I can do to make the same look for all the pages? Many thanks.
November 18, 201114 yr First off - please consider a different colour than the green. That's quite painful and I have the brightness turned down on my laptop.
November 18, 201114 yr Quite possibly the most vile colour I've ever encountered. Honestly, gouging your visitors eyes out is not the best way to sell product.
November 18, 201114 yr Author Okay, I can see that my colour choices aren't great. Excuse me for being colour blind lol ... I may redesign the logo while i'm at it because I drew it up in about 5 minutes! Is this a better colour choice for it anyway?
November 18, 201114 yr I would have tried to help with the other issues but I couldn't hang around long (and I'm not trying to be rude it really did hurt my eyes) I think looking it that you have toned it down a lot so yes that's better. eBay is a different kettle of fish to standard web design although a lot is the same. I didn't take up eBay listing design myself as eBay are always moving the goalposts as to what is allowed in the listings. I did read something about it though and I'll try and find the link for you - sorry I couldn't be more help. Maybe there are some guys on here who design for eBay regularly that may be able to give you some pointers hopefully.

November 23, 201114 yr ^ Better than the other green that's for sure You must still have some dodgy code in the search box though - code that the eBay page is struggling to render for some reason
